Minnesota gathering

Anywhere in the country is fine. Where do you want to camp?

KayakLover;
What's the body count for the April 11 gathering? I have been trying to figure out who all is coming from this thread and I gave up. :?
It's fun to have an outing to plan for once again! Last night I had to start checking out all the equipment in the TD. Even though I'm not optomisitc about the overnight temps I'm still looking forward to it.
Generic Benroy - built 2007, 4X8, 1175 HF trailer, Structoglass roof and headliner, 12v and 110v electrics with Schumacher charger.

So far the people coming to Whitewater are you , Jim, Betsy, and I. Hopefully the weather will cooperate and more people will join us, even if it's just for the day, It's a nice park.
The sites have electricity so I plan on bring a heater for warmth and I use an electric mattress pad.

Well my request for time off from work has been approved, so I will be at the Pine City get together. I look forward to meeting everyone.

Sounds like there are enough people coming to Pine City to give it a name. Any suggestions? It is very wooded, so maybe something to do with that?
How about a t-shirt?

I like it! Nice logo! Or maybe the ING - Inaugural Northwoods Gathering. It could be the sister gathering of the IRG!

Thanks, Dean! :applause:

Let's just leave Lutefisk outta this discussion, OK?

BTW-Joanie is gonna be retiring soon and when I retire, we wanna take a trip to the Land of Ten-Thousand Lakes with teardrop and canoe in tow...
She just doesn't know it yet. ;)

Hey Dean,
I like it, you are very artistic. I do think it should be Littlewoods tho, since it is only 2.5 acres.
I also like Betseys suggestion of Northwoods.
Dean, could we use your design?

Well, if we went with Inaugural Bigwoods Gathering, our tag line could be "Little Gathering in the Big Woods"*

Dean,
Thanks alot. We'll use it.
We retire on April 1st! 2 days!!!!
Let us know when you come to Mn., we'll show you around.
We want to get out to IRG, but the gas is probably keeping us closer to home. :(
Thanks again.

Hey,
When you guys get the gathering all sorted out, be sure to send the info about it to Grant, so he can list it in his Destinations page.
(That's how the IRG became so popular...)

With a side trip to Wisconsin, too, I hope...We'll leave the door open, the light on and have a dutch oven meal cooking over the fire...

Seriously, we'd love to have you and Joanie come for a visit.
