Hey Mike,

Kate and I are thinking of tearing through Michigan from Sault Ste Marie down to Sarnia next spring (April or May). Any gatherings or tear people like yourself to see in that neck of the woods? Sounds like about an 8 hour drive down from the Soo.. so well be looking to camp a night in Michigan down towards Sarnia area.

April is usually still pretty cold here, and damp and wet and sometimes even white. In May though, you have a shot at some decent weather. Let me give it some thought...

And remember, there is also Wamplers Lake that we are going to do again. I believe that was in July.

Mike...

Mike/Dave , Keep me in mind for the Michigan gatherings. I am always looking for an excuse to go teardropping.

I usually plan on one every month from May to October. Who knows what might come up.

Keep us informed on anything going in Michigan. We are from Western Michigan (Rockford). We would like to get to know other Tear Droppers in Michigan. Be warned we are MSU fans - the green & white.

Is this going to be upper or lower? Is there anything being planned yet or is no one interested anymore? Is it still on?

Hey Dianne, you need to check the posting dates. Dave posted this thread 3 1/2 years ago. I do believe they have already done it.

Dianne, don't feel bad about replying to an old post. I did the same when I wrote a reply on this topic the last time.

I quickly learned to check the dates of posts after that.

I just want to get something going in Michigan that is current. Or hear something from Michigan tear droppers and tiny campers. But maybe I don't surf enough on this site to be up to date on what is going on and who is from Michigan.
