Reserve America

Postby Dooner » Sun Aug 12, 2007 10:48 pm

This is the first time I have used Reserve America to make camping reservations. Really, it's the only camping reservation that I have ever made. I am not sure of what normally happens.
I have received a confirmation email from Reserve America. Should I also receive a confirmation from Inks Lake Park too?
I'm probably being stupid, but I need to ask.

Nope...just keep your confirmation with you in case someone is in your spot...and that shouldn't happen!!!

Using Reserve America the first time can be a bit unnerving, but it does work well and I've never had a problem in about 6-7 reservations... just print off the confirmation and take it with you..

I have a 'trip folder' which contains individual folders for each state.. the confirmations go into the specific state folder, and that folder goes into the large one.. which always travels with me.. it contains all my contact information and places I want to visit along the way. when I get to another state, I just pull out the folder and give it a look.

Would be nice if more campgrounds were involved in Reserve America, but it does have quite a few now...

Juneaudave and Arne,
Thanks for the replies. I'll stop watching the mailman now. He'll probably be glad of that. I'm not so nervous now.

Starleen2,
I was able to get those a few years back for, I guess, a reasonable price. Just wish I had the boxes to go with them.
Under those, is a one of a kind (cause I made it) German SS Zombie Soldier from the movie "SHOCK WAVES".
