Hey guys,
When I was just a little guy, I can remember take family trips to Nebraska to visit my great aunts. This was a yearly event and sometimes we would stop in Minden to see the Pioneer Village. Now as I plan my teardrop I was thinking of the first trip we would take, and this childhood memory popped up and in looking here I noticed "Minden" in several post. What do you guys think about this as a shakedown cruise from southern Oklahoma? Is there an annual event there? I'm aiming for an early 2008 finish date, I want to be back in Colorado when the rivers are full of snow water(great rafting then).

The 2nd ITG was just held in Minden this last June. I believe that the Minden event is every other year. So that will be 2009. Great place to go tho.
