We stopped by this afternoon and got to visit with everybody, and had an absolutely fantastic time! We just got back home (yes, Sarah drove!).

I'll fill all y'all in in the morning!

Did the police come by for a visit? Any UFO's spotted near the river?

Well, if the spouse had to drive you home, it can only mean you were introduced to Spnnernut's little jug (or something of the like).
Still graced with two eyes and ten fingers (due in no small part to luck!).

Just when you think a problem is solved, an uglier result replaces it.

I wish we could have stopped by. We had plans in La Grange last night and we didn't want to stop in for just an hour or 2 and have to pay 25.00. Maybe next time. Joshua - if you live in Austin, we would love to come by and see your build!

I'm going to have to try real hard to keep this short. This was our first gathering, but we just visited Saturday evening. We had such a great time meeting everyone! We felt so welcome from the moment we showed up, I can't express how great tear-droppers are! Everyone's build's were so inspiring to see in person. To all the builders out there who haven't been to a gathering: Go! Even if you can just go for a few hours like we did, it is absolutely worth it!

Thanks everybody, for a great time and a great experience. We can't wait to go to our next one!

Good day everyone, from Txbum ( Richard ) and Mary Jane, wish to say thanks for having us at Spinnernuts Guadalupe Adventure. We had some kinks geetting there , some midnight construction madness but everyone was great!!! I am totally impressed by the comradie and the uniqueness of everyone teardrops..the craftmanship , oops craftwomanship is amazing...oh not to mention the Potluck dinner Saturdaynight was great..note watch out for Big DE's cherry bombs :? and we saw a lot of rattle snakes crawling around the tables , sneaking into teardroppers drinks! To everyone there , you represented your state ( Arkansas, Oklahoma,Texas, Great Britain, and all the various cities in Texas well!) God Bless and God save the Queen!. Big DE and Brandi thanks for all your help! Richard/Mary Jane Moreno

Great vacation / weekend everybody ... even with Dust Fest 09 and the bumps in the river and the crowds, it was great getting away and seeing everyone!

We got back to Cindy's crew about 1 o'clock and had some lunch then I got home about 8:30 and after unloading dusty clothes and leftovers etc, I was exhausted!!!

Too much fun and sun and teardroppers is not a bad thing though!

Well after a trip on the Comal and a quick burger at the choke and puke we finally rolled in at about 11:00. We talked the whole way home about all the wonderful people we met and all the different trailers we seen and how we are so looking forward to Joe Poole Lake. I was a little snake bit Sunday morning  and I apologize not not saying bye to everyone before they left.

until next time...

Macy and I are so glad we made this trip. Long drive but worth the effort.
Great to see our TD friends and make new friendships with the first timers.
To Richard and Mary Jane and to Big DE and Brandi a BIG thanks for all the food. Great side dishes and deserts too.
Hope to see all of you down the road.
Danny, a little grass and less altitude would make this the perfect get a way.
