Cabela's Campout

The local Cabela's Retail Marketing Manager of the Gonzales Louisiana has contacted me to organize a Campout. Although a definite date is not set, we did discuss maybe mid November. The 10th or 17th may work. I'm hoping to know for certain by the end of next week, if not sooner.

After many attemps to contact the Retail Marketing Manager, at the Gonzales location, I have given up.
She's the one who contacted us to schedule a campout. Looks like she'd reply to emails and calls.
