Caseydog must be hungry since he is mentioning food already for Beavers Bend.

Since I have a big van this year, I'm bringing my 22-inch Weber Kettle. I've done strips of flat-iron steak the last couple of gatherings, and they disappear, so I will probably do that again. I don't do veggies anymore for teardrop gatherings -- what a bunch of carnivores.

I wonder if I should smoke a turkey -- as a backup for Dave's turkey -- just in case (boom).

Well, since at LCGIII, my pot of beans seemed to disappear, I'll cook up another batch. We'll try to bring some sort of dessert too

Our tenderloin seemed to disappear at Lake Ray Roberts so it will make a repeat appearance. Will also bring a dessert (pecan bars, lemon bars or similar).

okay... I thought about pineapple upside down cake, but would have to make 3 days ahead and there's already other desserts so forget that.

I think I'll bring some kind of veggie or pasta salad.

Just 2 more weeks!!!
