We are on the countdown my friends.

If you have not paid for Saturday night yet I would appreciate it if you can get it in by March 17th.
It sure helps me enjoy Saturday like everyone else If I don't have to go around asking for $.
If you don't get it to my by March 17th then PLEASE let me know and you can give it to me upon your arrival.

We have had quite a few cancellations due to things out of our control but have been able to move folks up out of the double up list.

We currently have 1 available spot so if you plan to come and aren't on the list then now's your chance to get in.

See everyone in a few weeks. :applause:

Yeah!!! I am ready for this one.

Before I go, I have to decided whether to put a new carburetor on the truck, or just put a trailer hitch on the Town Car. My carb is worn out on the truck and they are like $350. Right now it is getting like 8mpg and I can get 12mpg with a new one so that's alot of gas savings (and not breaking down) and I have alot of firewood to burn that I can't take in the car still so we'll see how it works out.

Julie, we're gonna bring our deep frier and cook omlets in a bag on Saturday morning. If people want to help with fixin's and maybe another deep frier or two we can cook breakfast at our spot.

If I remember correctly it takes about 13 minutes per omlet. We can cook 10-15 omlets at one time in a big turkey size pot.

Hey Woody , good idea ! I kind of thought of it but don't have much time to do it all ... Last time we did those , it was a hit.
You are right... a good full boiling pot and a full 13 minutes. And you MUST use the GLAD quart FREEZER bags... don't use cheap off brand cuz of the heat.

Need Sharpie markers to write names on the bags .

And it's good to have some variety ... I would suggest a list if you want.
I will plan on contributing some precooked sausage and I'll bring grated cheese.

It might be easier to go buy the eggs that Friday night or such,

Hey .. Kenny has a couple of big propane turkey/crab boil fryer things and pots... can bring one if needed ... I really don't think that we need more than 2 ... but you can't put TOO many of the omelets baggies in because they tend to float and get bunched up .

Some other things to bring or contribute would be
the quart size GLAD brand FREEZER bags
Eggs (of course)
chopped ham , precooked crumbled bacon
chopped onion, green pepper, tomato
salsa , chopped jalapenos
grated cheese
tortillas ... if you want to make it into a burrito
Some things are way over my head !! ...but it keeps me looking UP!
