Hi folks.
2010 has finally arrived. Happy New Year.

I just spoke to a friend of mine about roasting a pig for our Saturday Meal.
If that doesn't work out, we can fry a couple Turkeys or cook a Jambalaya.

For those who plan to attend, I'd like to know how you all feel about this.

Please let me know.

I never met a pig that wasn't delicious!
If I knew retirement would be this much fun, I would have done it right out of high school.

How about crawfish for Friday night?

Hi, Gary.

Crawfish sounds good to me. We'll have to locate some about a week in advance and pick 'em up that day.

EDIT: Pat suggested cooking up a large pot of Shrimp or Crawfish Fettuccine.

One month away.

For those worried about the weather, if it's raining or the lawn is wet(hoping it not) I've got plenty concrete to park the TDs on.
My driveway is about 150' long by 12' wide and 24' X 50' in front of my shop. I've got a 14' X 31' RV cover behind my shop with a bathroom.
If it's dry, no problem with driving and parking on the back lawn. If it's wet, we may have to park a few tow vehicles at a nearby store.

If anyone has any questions, email, PM or call me.

I was hoping to be able to make the gathering, but works got me tied up also. Hopefully we can join the group in a future gathering.

Looks like I can make it. You can put my wife Angela and I down on your list. Let us know what you need us to bring to help out. Thanks.
