Well, y'all... I'm not going to be able to make this one, will hopefully be using that weekend to work on my BREDBOX , granted we get back the good weather we've had all winter.

But I'll see most of ya at Beavers Bend FOR SURE!!!

Dave

What site or location are you guys in?

I am wanting to make reservations but need to know where you guys are.

We are going to try and leave here a little early and start out with this weekend.

It's a nospecific site, assigned when you arrive.

Dave and Cindy are going to pick up some reservations that friday AM to group us together. Looks like there are 320 sites still available.

Hey all
I have a reservation for the 17th thru the 20th.

Cindy: Do you need a copy on my reservation for when you go early and get the sites? I will e-mail it to you if you do.

Thanks

Wow! Kai, you look great as Santa or is that Lois in the beard?
Yes, anyone who wants us to pick up their reservation needs to pay the full amount and send me the name the reservation is made in. That goes for any park we are going to be at.

Guess I should note that I will be soft siding it this trip. I might do my 'Covered Wagon' on my utility trailer though.

Well, we're not going to be ready  Maybe we'll drive out from Ft Worth for a few hours since it's not that far.

Couple of things.

If the weather is bad like today, We can retreat to the house here if needed, Less than 10 miles from the park.

Also, Mike's gotten my gears turning on an ultralight. I should have atleast the skeleton done, and If I get that far there's no reason i shouldn't have it skinned.

Cindy and I drove by and checked out the park this morning. We were looking at this area. There's a large open area between the camp sites 110, 104 and 108, would be a great place to gather for a pot luck. All we need now is the lake to rise about another 15 feet.

Sounds like the plan to me.

Did Cindy get my reservation information?

Lois can hardly wait the next couple weeks. The huricane realy messed up the last gathering at Inks lake. Let's hope nothing happens this time.

See y'all soon

We just drove through on our way home from Arlington. I wanted to see how low the lake had gotten. Also wanted to try out my new camera.
