:o Just a suggestion: If you have traffic radio stations they might agree to run a feed about the change so folks who don't know can find out.

We have been trying Jerome on his cell phone but apparently he prefers for his voice mail to pick up....he is supposed to drop by in Lufkin on Wednesday....we get first dibs on his Scotch as a finders fee...

Good deal...at least someone can maybe get in touch with him. He's doing an extended trip. It would be a drag to drive 1400+ miles and find everyone has moved....Talk about the ultimate "ditch-em".....Doug

...not to fear...anyone what shows up at Bistineau, will be redirected to Claiborne......we even have one fellah, who has a cabin reserved at Bistineau and due non-availabilty, can't change to Claiborne...he is gonna drive up and back to be with us......

I just did a virtual tour in google earth. They have a ground view of almost the entire park. You can't make out the site #'s on the campsites but you can get a good look around the area you will be in.

Or just go to www.maps.google.com find the park on the MAP and zoom in some . Then drag the little orange man over onto the street (it will turn blue as you hover on it ) and drop him and it'll change to STREET VIEW.

I like using this to get a view of what an exit or the park sign will look like, so I know what to expect.

Oops !!! The "fellah" lost his cabin at Lake B. :( Reserve America canceled my camp site AND cabin. (MJ, sent you a PM on this).

I'll be in site 29 at Lake C. :D Will double-up with Brian & Stacey. We'll be arriving late Friday night.

For those who just have to know where it is......

From the campground....
1. Head south on State Park Rd toward LA-146 W/LA-518 W 0.5 mi
2. Turn right at LA-146 W/LA-518 W
Continue to follow LA-146 W 10.2 mi
3. Turn right at E 3rd/LA-146 W
Continue to follow LA-146 W 0.1 mi
4. Take the 2nd left onto S 3rd St 299 ft
5. Take the 1st right onto W Main St
Destination will be on the right 0.8 mi
