Sorry I did not make it.

It looks like you had a good time at the gathering.

Maybe a little farther into Spring I will try to make it up in MO. I'm planning Beaver Bend.

The closer we get to July/August I will try to get the Pettit Jean scheduled again this upcomming year.

I had a terrific time in spite of the wind.

I think the highlight for me was meeting Rich and Mary's new pet rat.

Actually that was one cute little puppy. I wonder if Mary has chosen a name yet?

Hey folks, great pix & looks like y'all had a good time in spite of the weather. We'd planned to make it but Lenora underwent surgery Thursday. Wasn't anything major but she wasn't feeling up to a 650-700 mile round trip plus trying to brave the elements that soon afterward. They'd thought they might do it before Thanksgiving but she elected to wait & last Thursday was the day. She's doing well & we're lookin' forward to spring already, maybe Beavers Bend or some such.

Lenora--- happy healing girl! Hang in there and do whatever the doctors tell ya too... no reason to hurry, there'll be plenty of camping come spring and you need to be up for that !!!

I am still alive, but not home (at my uncles in Georga). A message for all the folks at the Nevada gathering, thank you for a great time, and putting up with me. Now I know what to expect, so I will prepare better, next time. I still say they need a hand rail going to the showers.

So sorry we couldn't be there :( - Scott and I both came down with BAD cold's (still recovering) and we didn't think we should share with you! Looks like a lot of fun. Thanks to all who took pictures, and we'll try again next time.

I want to thank everyone for the pictures. We were so disappointed that we couldn't make it. I have had pneumonia and didn't feel I should try it so soon. I have been "in" for 2 months except for when I went to the Dr.'s office. I am beginning to get cabin fever. We missed seeing everyone and had planned to drive up for Saturday but I was down again so we stayed home. I am not sure what is next but we are planning on being at Beaver's Bend. I am so glad you had a good campout.

Mary, what kind of dog did you get? Send me a picture, I am anxious to see it. Miss you guys!!
