Frustrated, but getting there , with the galley hatch building, etc.

Julie

Jules, I'm with you on this one, trying to finish the build before I reserve. But the more I read about this, the more I think, if the "Bungalette" isn't finished, a softsided tear may be used. This one I think I NEED to attend!

Jules and Loader--nothing like a deadline to make things happen. Make your reservations and then get your tear roadworthy, not necessarily finished. I don't think mine will be finished, but it will be complete enough to put on the road and sleep in. I'll finish all the fussy work later. Brang whatcha got. Come on and PARTAY!

Go ahead and reserve a spot. If you already have it reserved, you will be more likely to work hard on the build. When I didn't finish, I just brought the trailer unfinished (both times).

Folks...reserve ya a site and come no matter what...I just know we are going to fill those first 20 sites and I bet we put more than a few in the other sites as well...even if not in the "curve" with everybody else, you will be just "round the curve"...heck, lets fill this sucker up and leave 'em talkin' for a while...we have a couple or three more suprises to announce before this is all over with, that will gah-roan-t that this gathering will be one for the books and will be talked about for a long while...I know this one is close to L'il Talbot time but you SE Tearjerkers might wanna come see how us truly deep south boys put on a party....ALL ARE WELCOME so comeon down.....

I agree with Rocky and MadJack, reserve the site. That's what inspired me to get the Bluebonnet camp ready. If I hadn't had Purtis Creek to finish it for I might still be working on it......Wait, I am still working on it, but look at all the camping we've done in the mean time. Just Gather and Camp, being totally finished may never come.

I don't know. Someone who isn't going will have to organize it because I am going to be in Louisiana!!! YaaaaaaY.

Sorry. Didn't mean to rub that in. C'mon Matt--it's only a little over half way across the continent from you. We need someone from the CA side of the world. Come join us in person.

It is a 2 gallon jug, makes about 1-1/2 gallons of mix at a time. Number of drinks depends on the size of the glasses (that is, if you don't lay with your mouth under the discharge and do power shots!). Goes through a little more than half a small bag of ice at a time. Roughly makes two blender fulls at a time.

I really should know how many drinks it will make at a time, but to be honest, every time I fire the sucker up, I lose count (but never consciousness) before getting to the bottom of a batch. Around the fambly, we call 'em Kickassgaritas. People quickly get over the stigma that their drink is coming from a gargage disposal.

or, Insinkeratorgaritas. I'll brang a bottle of tokillya, triple sec, a half dozen 12oz minutemaid limeaid, and a bunch o' ice. More than that will require donations. I guess they sell liquor in Louisiana in case we run out? I know the answer to that one, although I know on the other side of the state line, there are "dry" areas.
