We went out to the park today and scoped out the sites. There is a nice loop that we camped at with bluebonnet that would work, it's a tight circle with an open area in the middle. It has a few waterside sites, it's fairly wooded and some of the sites are close to the bath house. The only problem is that there are only 17 sites in that loop. I won't post the site numbers to prevent confusion.
The other area that would work is the area that Tony mentioned. Sites 258-276 are along the water, sites 290-294 are nearby. They are kinda in a line (refer to the map) and there is a bath house on either end. There are some open areas where we can get together. I have a large screenroom that we could use but we'd need some tables.
I also checked the front office, there is a foyer with restrooms which is open 24hours, the corkboard is also there so whoever gets there first can post a notice. If there is anyone coming who hasn't paid, there is a drop box. I don't think there is a gate but if there is one, I've never seen it in use.
I brought my camera but didn't use it. The park was packed today, we were suprised. Tony took a pic of this site which is 267. The water is in the background and comes right up to the site.
