Reservation confirmation came in the mail today. I don't know how big the site actually is; but I have no problem sharing if it's large enough and somebody needs space.

Hey MJ I have been trying to get it worked out for a guy to cover for me at work so i can make this trip... I really really REALLY want to go and I hope for this to be the maiden voyage of the Lil' Caj-Inn. I mean what better way could you think of to break in the little trailer than a good ole Cochon de Lait with good folks.. You think i should get one of those last spots or just show up. I had not gotten a spot yet because there is still a chance i might not be able to make it..

Eddie ... the camp hosts were sooooo gracious last year, and some of those spots are big enough to hold 3 teardrops!

So come on over ....we're a friendly bunch and me or someone else will let ya move in !

That's a beautiful site! Hope ours isn't configured like that :CC We need to attach the tent on the right side.. backed in.

We'll see. Whatever! You don't happen to have a site #19 photo do you? :D

I can't wait. Some big hurdles before then, but really think we'll make it there!

Wish I could find my receipt from Lake Bistineau. Think I was told it was "Premium", Can't imagine why. Maybe it was "Improved".
So many mysteries to discover! Isn't it fun? Just hope we can pitch our tent alongside.

I'm happy to see that the road is paved. Both for pushing a dog stroller and for cloud control. :)

I would have to search for a pic , but last year I was in 31 and there was plenty of space between me and Reo Ron in 33 , Diverguy shared my spot and then on the other side MaryK and her daddy were in 29 and there was tons of room for doubling or tent or ?
Those didn't have decks but that's okay... the party is all over the park so I really wasn't at my own site ALL the day anyway ..

NOTE: If you have a bike it's a good idea... the park is pretty good size and you'll want to get around to see everyone! Or bring good walking shoes! haha

cccamper, don't stress to much about it - the space will be plenty large enough to set up. Those pictures where from a scouting visit done last year. Click the link for some more

hi!
this place is beautiful, i love seeing photos of it, thanks so much for the link.

i'm not actually "stressin'", only did that when trying to figure out everything to get a site. didn't know you could double up so i shouldn't worry about it. :)

finally got our new SPORTZ 83000 tent with sleeve. we can setup the Guppy with the dressing "room", night time toilette  , dirty shoe removal (oh yes, make it easy and it might happen) immediately attached. that is *appealing* to me. so i'm just excited to set it up together and have it so functional. but to do it at lake b. requires a flat space next to the parking.

i'm not really a whiny fretting person. i'm so excited everything just keeps running through my head...

thanks again for the photos. they are so beautiful!!!!

I'm just curious, out of the almost 60 sites, how many tears will there be?

Wow!

just on my own count it looks like 64 sites are taken. i *think* almost all will be teardrops.... but TTT, too. they are "tiny trailers" so close enough that it's all munchkin land.

i really should start working on the Guppy's quilt!

I would say that there will be near 60 tears present with a handfull of TTT's...there will also be some very surprised campers in a RV or two in the "mystery camper" spots...they're always fun to watch!!!
