HEY !!!! Definitely plan on coming..., you'll have a spot, if you don't want to double with the Evac a Shack , we'll figure out some place for ya. The park lets us double up and there is plenty of room between most spots.

It's definitely a campout you don't want to miss !

Definitely plan on coming. The last time I checked, there was one site still unreserved. If that has changed, I'm sure we can find someplace to double you up if necessary.

Also. to quote Robert Burns.... "The best laid schemes o' mice an' men
gang aft a-gley." Unfortunately, life sometimes has a way of interfering. As the date grows closer, some people may find that they will not be able to use their reservations. Hopefully they will make them available here before they cancel them.

Us too. We decided at the last minute to go down. Found an open site. However the sites are really big enough for 2 and room to stretch out, especially the pull through. And there is an overflow.

no plans

Postby doitright » Mon Jun 08, 2009 10:56 pm

I have owned the rear door Scotty for five years now and have used it for one. I do not want to come off as if I do not have any feelings for my Wife's family but. She is one of four siblings and Took care of her mother then her sister and now her father night and day for four years(in another location other than our house). I am ready to get out. I am sorry but I have had enough. I will be there if I have to pull the camper by myself and park it in the swamp. I have planed campout after campout and she can not get anybody to step up in her family to help out. For now on I will be camping by myself. I can not stand it anylonger. I will be there and hopefully with my wife but I will be there. Please do not feel bad about me we have been married for 15 years and living together for only eleven. I am proud and would have it no other way that my wife is the caretaker of he family but hell I do not have to stay at home do I? Just bet on it I will be there In a campsite.overflow or the swamp.I will be there.

Come on down. There will be several of us there without the other half! Mine DOES NOT CAMP! I don't know whats wrong with the woman but after 34 years I just do the best I can. Look forward to seeing you and MAYBE the wife.

Kevin,

Sometimes everyone needs a break from their everyday life...it is what keeps us sane and appreciative. Go camping, relax and enjoy the break. Maybe your wife could find a friend to stay with the family members for a few days so she too could enjoy a campout with you. I hope it works out. :)

If anyone needs a space, we have #49 reserved and would welcome a second teardrop. (Actually, we might be in a tent if I don't get my build moving along.)

Phil, there is actually only one loop for camping...it is in area one...anything else is either cabins, picnic areas or group/rally camping areas.............
