Hell guy's. We got it covered. Just made a new receipe for chili and tried it out on the family. Need to cut down on the jalapeno seasoning. Other than that not bad. Buck

I'm still bringing cheese and onions, jalapenos and sour cream and mustard for the chili toppings if anybody needs... I know, if it's really good stuff then you won't want the toppings but hey ...

Then planning on some kind of veggie thing for the night time dinners.

Isn't someone bringing Fritos for the chili too?

And I'll donate some Tequila , Limeade and such...

We are planning on bringing picante sauce and chips for everyone to enjoy, also bowls, spoons & cheese. We will also be making a pot of taco soup to go with the chili fo those who would like something a bit diffrent for lunch.

Oh... and if there is time, I'm going to try to make caramel corn for any trick or treaters that come by !!! hahaha

UPDATE :::::: The Jewel Box looks good with its two primer coats on now, doors and windows work good , galley closes good and latches and handle are on but need to have a temporary stick to hold it open , so it might be a dowel rod and a brick for now --- hahaha !!!!

I'll have some wires hanging in the galley end, there's still the naked walls showing back there, and my interior shelf is not done yet. I sanded and primed and sanded and primed... I hope it looks okay, it looks pretty smooth to me so far just have some 'polishing' to do . My aluminum may not be cleaned up yet, but I know you all will be considerate!!!
I'll try to sweep the cobwebs off....

...for anyone trying to figure what to bring...garlic bread goes very well with the 'etoufee I am cooking...ya know, the loaves that come pre-made in the foil bags...we would need around 10 loaves so if 3r4r5 folks wanted to bring 2r3 loaves apiece, I bet it would be appreciated and would disappear like magic...various types of salads also go well and of couse we all love deserts...extra disposable bowls/plates/spoons/paper towels are always nice to have...
Are y'all getting as antsy as I am??? looks like the weather is going to cooperate wonderfully except for Thursday morning....Daddy are we there yet!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

So MadJack, you just heat those loafs up over the fire? I'll be bringing some french bread, so I guess I can grab a some of the garlic loafs too. Also we will be bringing some spoons/bowls.

See what else I can figure out.

...yeah Earl...ya just throw them in an oven or a pit...ether kinda bread is great...I just happen to be a big garlic fan and since it is halloween weekend, it might just help keep the ghosts and other haints away :o ;)

I will bring some garlic bread or garlic Texas Toast and decided to make some of those stuff jalepeno - bacon thingies and do some red potatoes and onion for a side dish, then another night the Chinese Coleslaw dish (not like coleslaw at all )

I might bring some drumsticks to cook up for Sunday lunch.... that is if we're not all OD'd on good food....

I"M PUMPED UP AND ANXIOUS TO GO !!!!!
