I belong to 3 active Camping Groups, TearJerkers is one of them. These 3 groups seem to blur together at times with members from any one of the 3 showing up at the others events.
I like that.
I'm as bad as Pam, camping almost every weekend from May to Nov.
TearJerkers gives me a lot of options. I can check there calendar and always find a gathering going on, big or small in any direction, from 2 hours drive to 2 days drive away. Where I go is my choice.
There are a lot of people who attend a TearJerkers events who are not members, who don't even own a Teardrop, or own a TTT. I don't care and neither does anyone else.
There are lots of people who stop by for the day, who are thinking of building and just want to see some Teardrops and ask some questions. And they are met by some friendly, helpful people.
My chapter was either the first or second TearJerkers chapter to be formed, and they were formed to have a good time camping and to promote Teardrops.
It has always been about the people, the friendships made and the good times. Then the trailers.
Happy Trails
