Well guys, it looks like our name needs to be removed from the list.

I overheard someone talking about Graduation and I remembered our youngest will be graduating from Angelina College so I checked the date before I made our reservations and graduation is 5-15-09. She thinks attending graduation sounds "Gay", but I would imagine she will change her mind (or Charles will) by then.

So..........I guess you will have to set us a place at the table beside Catoosa Grani and Gene.

As it gets closer if Cassidy really doesn't want to attend graduation we will try to make reservation.

Yes Todah we are. If anyone wants to come early, come on down or up. However it is a wee bit cold today. High should be 36. :snowstorm: 17 last night and it is windy. Ruby & Ed

Thanks for the invite Ed but I think I'll pass on camping right now. . . . .
It's a bit too cool/cold for me to camp.

I think I'll go to the Bahamas instead.......
Actually our daughters and I will be heading to Miami Monday to catch a cruise ship to the Bahamas...
I'll think about you all while I'm there. 8) ;)

Hey Woody,
Maybe you should eat some food for us instead of saving us some food.

Has everyone made their reservations that plans to go to Palo Duro. The park will fill up fast and May will be here before you know it. It's a great place to camp and well worth the drive. We plan on being there late on thurs. of that week. Looking forward to see everyone.

Ed & Ruby, Can ya'll check & see if there is a burn ban when it gets closer?

Woody, We drove through the park Sunday and it was full (spring break) . There is a burn ban at this time. We will watch to see if it is lifted but unless we get a lot of rain I do not think it will be lifted. It is really dry here at this time. But we will let you know about the burn ban closer to time. And You are correct about reservations and the park filling up. Here is a list of the ones that have expressed intrest in camping with an astrick by the ones that have sent us their reservation information. If anyone has sent me info and I do not have you marked please send me a pm or an e-mail. We have a new e-mail addres posted on the profile. Hope everyone can make it. It will be fun and the more the merrier.

I hope it's not too late...but I should be making a reservation this Friday or Monday. The Mega-Tear has fell victim of the economy, but there may be plans for a Mini-Tear.

Still using a tent though.
