I appologize for being so behind on posting and checking messages.
This is my super busy time of year and I am almost finished working in the shop for 2012 and will be focused on Beavers Bend now.

There are still sites available. The list of those attending on page one is up to date.
Instructions on reserving a space are on page 1 of the thread.

We would love for everyone to be able to make it this year.

PS for those wondering about Charles' latest build that he started earlier this year.................................it is NOT finished.
I know.......he normally whips out a teardrop in a few weeks but this one was put on the back burner.
Retired people just don't have enough time to do all that needs to be done.
He has put it back in the shop and had best get busy now.

I was just thinking about contacting you. We hadn’t had Winter here until Wednesday. Then it hit with a vengeance. Ten plus inches of snow, thirty MPH winds and now single digit temps. So now I am thinking about Beavers Bend. I just wish it was sooner! I will mail a check in the next few days.

I am a complete newbie, so I'm not sure how this goes. I am interested in the teardrop thing, but don't have a trailer yet. I will probably rent one to come to this event so I can check out everyone else's trailer and learn. So I guess my question is, is this open to someone like me? If yes, how do I proceed to get a spot at the BB gathering?

Did you hear the good news?? Were you there last year when I came running in to the campground after our hike and all giddy and excited?

The next adventure will begin there at the Copper Pines cabin on Saturday afternoon, March 23 2013 when Kenny & I are married!!!

We will be sending out invitations even if you are already planning to camp there that weekend. The wedding will be not too long, and not super fancy or formal but special of course. But we want you there!
The cabin is about 15 miles north of the Beavers Bend park area, near Hochatown and right off hwy 259.

No need to rent a teardrop to attend.

The first two times we were at Beavers Bend we were in a tent. Then we were in a half-finished teardrop. Last year was the first time in our completed teardrop. It's a great time. Join us.

Due to work, school considerations, and the beginning of Easter Holy week - the Stewart family will not be able to attend Beaver's Bend gathering this year - it just how it fell this year. Hopefully we'll see you guys sometime down the road
