Let me know if I missed someone:

9. Steve & Lisa Wolverton

Woah! That's Steve Wolverton & Lisa Green. Not married, she's a camping buddy. Don't wanna get messed up with any common-law stuff here. ;)

We'll be there.

It's looking like this is going to be a nice gathering. I'm excited. :)

Steve, beware of the power of suggestion. Your eyelids are getting very heavy now....are those sleigh bells or wedding bells that I hear? I'm just messin' with you. I revised the list.

Gah! I need to do that too. I might be holed up inside the camper still wiring it. We'll poke out every now and then to say hi or to borrow tools. :R

Sleigh! :) No wedding bells in my future. I'm bell-less. Or something. I'm enjoying the single life too much. *jingle*

Thanks Todah! Funny thing is Lisa makes me call her Doctor. You guys can just call her Lisa. Not sure why I have to call her that, she's not a Doctor.

As far as heaters go, I keep mine in my tear. While I can stand to be too hot, I simply can not bear to too cold for long.

But, that doesn't make sense. She has a Masters, but she's not even working on her Doctorate yet, so for me to call her....Oh. OHHHHHHH!

heater?

Postby oklahomajewel » Tue Dec 05, 2006 9:34 am

My neighbor gave/loaned me a small ceramic heater he had. It does have different settings and a safety / tip over button on the bottom - be sure to look for that safety thing!

But those cool nights at LCG, I think it got down to about 39*-40* degrees and with just a flannel sheet and one blanket , I didn't even need the heater! And yes, I had a camping buddy but there was no "playing doctor" or anything else....

ps... me & George are not together anymore so I'll be coming alone. ...as far as I know !

Hahahaha

I don't think I better miss this one! Dave -- do you have pictures of a new grandbaby to show off? ?

Ron,

I bought one of those small electric heaters from early last spring when I was still tent camping. It has a saftey shutoff feature. By the time I went to buy one, I had to get what was left of the inventory at Lowes. I would have like to have gotten the tilt shut-off feature, but mine doesn't have it. It does have a over-heat shut off and is 1500W and small. It runs on AC and I just plug it into a powerstrip that has a breaker on it. If it malfunctions, its own safety shut-off feature should trip, and the powerstrip's breaker will serve as a back up.

I have a 50 cup coffee maker. I will bring it and fill it with water to keep a constant supply of hot water for instant coffee, tea, or cocoa or whatever.

Julie I have a small ceranic heater I use in the shop ( and will in my trailer build as a heat/fan source early on ) and tent camping.

:relaxing:

It has a tipover switch and several setting including a fan only setting. Just sit it where it will not get nocked off and hurt something in falling. Follow the instruction in using it ( no propane or gas fumes near to ignite ).

:fan:

It should keep you very warm in " The Ginger Bread Box Tear".

:icedtea:

You might even have to leave a vent slightly open for you some fresh air.

:fan:

While it is cold outside. :snowstorm:

Looks like I'm not going to make the fifteenth.

Still on the frame when the weather started.

I may make my old paint booth again and work under that. :scratchthinking:

:hammer: :hammer:

Got to work New Years Eve and New Years Day. So no  :wine: :beerhat: :tipsy: :P :wine party:

For me!!! :money: for the tear!
