Steve,

I'm close enough to Purtis Creek, that I'll be bringing mine finished or not. I'm just excited for everyone to get together.

I could bring mine but if it rains, I'm screwed. I'm not gonna risk it.

Gathering

Postby KZ76017 » Fri Mar 04, 2005 7:23 pm

Yes, Steve, I'd like to be able to bring what I have built up till then. I was just thinking yesterday what it would take for me to be able to finish building the outer shell enough that I could get it on the road that weekend. I'm a long way out though. Still looking at frame.

I understand the rain bit. I'm hoping to have my final sealer coat on top by then. I think Steve is going to arrange it for us where it doesn't rain though.

Steve,

If you can do that, I like to talk to you about tonight's LOTO numbers! :D

Hi all,

If you listen closely you can hear everyone working like mad to get their campers ready for the gathering. :) I'm selling one of my campers, so I'll be there in the Cowper or the Popup.

We had one person that's not going to be able to make it, but I've got two more to add to the list. I'm getting behind on my personal email, I'll try to catch up tonight. I'll also post the newest list with everyone who wants to come.

Email again:

home: [email protected]
work: [email protected]
alt: [email protected]

My home #: 903-675-8705
My work # (my direct line to my office) 903-425-6049

If you call my home number and I don't answer then please leave a message. If you call my work number and I don't answer then you might should try a little later. I might be out chasing raccoons or something?

Hey Guys,

Ok, here's the newest list:

Please let me know if you want me to add/remove you. Also, our park has been full every weekend since the end of February. It's shaping up to be another good year for us. Thanks everyone.

Thanks,
Steve

I've got a slim chance of making it in time.

Postby KZ76017 » Thu Mar 17, 2005 10:27 pm

OK, I've extended the sides, got new torsion axles, new wheels, different tires. It can be as wide as 6" but I've already cut the floor to 66 1/2". I figured an inch and a half off for two three-quarter inch walls would make it 65" inside.
I'm set now. I can start laying down the floor and put up the sides. I've got to get crackin if I'm going to be able to make the April 9th Teardrop gathering in Eustace, TX.
