Oh shucks Danny it's only a 70% chance for friday. Stop trying to get out of dealing with the sand. LoL

NEED A HEAD COUNT.

If the weather is bad, we will den up under the house. Not a problem as you have to be flexable at the BEACH. We are trying to be there Thursday afternoon and James and Joysaline Worley will already be there. Gombo Saturday night and if we get there in time, will grill some thing for Friday evening. Let us know.

A rain would help as the sand was soft this weekend and the rain would pack it down, so prey for rain by Thursday.

I'm still searching for a trailer frame to begin my first build, so TD'ing with y'all this year isn't an option, but hopefully y'all won't shoot if the wife and I show up late Saturday afternoon to get an up-close look at a teardrop! I've decided I'm building one and have never actually laid eyes on one!

I was originally planning to offer to bring boudain to put next to the gumbo, but then we found out Caroline Picard is doing her standup over in Surfside so we're going to be there for dinner! No offense! :D I was also gonna wear my kilt, you know so you'd know which one I was, but I'm not sure I could survive the Castaway (BIKER?!?!) Bar & Grill in a KILT!!!

I'm trying really hard to convince SWMBO that this isn't really a rolling MRI and hoping actually showing her one will help! ;)

Sooooo, Survey SAYS?!? Y'all gonna let us look around a bit safely or do I need to borrow the ballistic shield from one of the SWAT guys to hide behind? :NC

KiltedGunn, I am sure that it is fine to do a look see. That is exactly what we did last year and now we have a teardrop. A guy in a kilt on a windy beach might be fun and just what they need.

Sorry guys, but I am not going to be able to make the trip. Between personal and work deadlines, I am just not gonna be able to squeeze this in, try as I have to free up this weekend.

Y'all have a great time, and eat some shrimpies for me!
Still graced with two eyes and ten fingers (due in no small part to luck!).

Just when you think a problem is solved, an uglier result replaces it.

That's okay, we don't need you -- just UPS the rita machine to us. :D

Rain down on the coast comes and goes in waves, most of the time. My dad lives down there, and said Friday is going to be the most likely day for rain. And, like I said, it will come down in buckets for a short time, then completely go away. Plus, it's all sand down there, so it drains off -- no mud on the beach.

Besides, beer tastes just as good on Eddie's large covered patio as it does anywhere else.

We need rice cookers, if anyone has one. We need one big one or a few normal sized cookers.
