Pretty much what Thomas said. There is a big grill at the pavilion that we can use. Hopefully we can get some volunteers to cook a bunch of meat for us for the potluck.

Tammy wants to cook omelets in a bag on Saturday morning if we can get help with the ingredients and a couple more deep fryers so we can cook more at one time.

It's starting to feel like camping weather!

Woody, I can bring a burner and a pot for the breakfast.

I'll also bring a 20 pound bag of charcoal. If one other person brings the same, we should have plenty to fill the big grill.

I'll bring the second 20# bag of charcoal.

I'm assuming regular Kingsford charcoal? Let me know if there's another type that y'all use.

Also - are there any preferences on the proteins - beef, pork or chicken?

I'm bringing Kinsford Original (Blue bag). Can someone bring lighter fluid. I never use it, so I don't have any.

The last time we did the big-grill supper, we all brought our own protein to cook, and shared side dishes and desserts. The grill is easily 4 feet square.

Thanks Jen, I'm sure we can use it if you have room to haul that far. Jen by the way you have been moved to the group area due to some people cancelling.

As long as we have 4 or 5 deep fryers that will be great. Now all we need is enough eggs & ingredients to make the omelets. We have 20 campsites reserved so there should be around 40 people for breakfast on Saturday morning.

Cindy L, will you be the official egg cracker? You do such a great job. :applause:

I'll start
Woody & Tammy 2 dozen eggs
