Hey, I wondered what we are going to eat at the gathering. For Saturday night, Dave and I are doing a turkey - kind of our thing. Todah is doing beans and Julie potato something.

Also, could we maybe do a Chinese Christmas gift exchange? If everyone brings a gift that someone might like, we could draw numbers and have some fun sharing gifts. It could just be something you bought for your tear and can't return. What do you think?

It sure sounds like fun I wish Doona and I could be there with you all. That is a neat idea of having a chinesse gift exchange! We wish all in the south central area a Glorious and Merry Christmas!

Once lived on the shore of Lake Ray Roberts, down by the dam.

Wish I could join you this year. Maybe later.

Cindy,

I think that's a good idea. I will bring a gift and I plan on doing a few pork chops for Saturday night as well as the beans.

With the trouble that there seems to be with uncooked veggies currently (ref Taco Bell's green onion prob which turned out to not be the green onions.) It probably would be best if we didn't serve any raw veggies.

I thought it would be nice to have a Tear-stuff garage sale at one of the gatherings. It would be a great way to do something good with the left over stuff. I've got about 3 RV lights.

Darn Darn Darn agin
We sure wish that we could be there with you all but still can't But here's our contribution to the pot luck.

RUSSIAN TEA

2-1/2 cups Tang
1-1/2 cups white sugar
1 - 12 oz of instant lemonade mix (Kool-Aid)
2 tsp. cloves
1-1/2 cup instant Lemon flavored tea
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. nutmeg

Mix dry ingredients well and place into your jar for storage.
Add 2 TBSP. into coffee cup and add hot water. Stir well

Makes a good instant hot spiced tea so if someone wants to mix up a batch you all could drink a cup to us that want be but can't be with you.

Hope you all have a blast and great camping weather.
