Anyone want a free trailer frame???

Okay, my Dad rode my SeaDoo, and decided to buy one. But, my Dad is cheap. So, instead of buying a SeaDoo, like I told him, he bought a Wet Jet.

The WetJet was slow and broke a lot. And finally, in one last little middle-finger gesture to my Dad, it sank in Lake Livingston.

He turned the WetJet trailer into a 4X8 utility trailer -- the most expensive utility trailer ever made, IMO. Now, he no longer needs it.

I think it has potential as a "donor" trailer. Somone with cutting and welding skills could do something with it in the way of a TD.

It is at Lake Livingston in Texas. It can be yours if you want to go and get it. He's out of town till next Sunday, but he can meet you up there after that.

BTW, the Lake House itself is for sale, too. It is a 3 bedroom house with two lots, a covered hot tub on the patio, and it's 100 yards off the lake, and there is a fantastic golf course -- all in the gated community of Cape Royale. $160K.

I'll take it. I could use a kayak trailer. That's about an hour east of me.

Ding, Ding, Ding! It looks like we have a winner.

I also got your PM. I'll let my Dad know what's up. You'll have to wait a week or two to get it. It should make a fine kayak trailer.

Hey Sonetpro,

I PM you some last year when you started to build your trailer. I have wanted to drive over and look at it for some time. We are over in the Conroe New Caney area.

We are still doing the tent cot thing on the beach. Maybe some day I will build my TD.
