Spring break in Texas

Somehow we've let spring break (March 14-21) slip up on us without making any plans . Of course we'll start at Cedar Hill. Does anyone have any suggestions on places to stay, things to do in the Austin or Gulf Coast area for the remainder of the week?

Lenny,
Joyce's spring break is the next week, and althought it's not in the area you asked about, we just made reservations at a RV park close to Big Bend National Park. We've wanted to go out there and see the area for years.

You could stay at Bastrop State Park. Thats a nice area out there.
