Hi Charles, welcome to the forum. I am in Louisiana, and i'm attempting to build one now. I've gotten side tracked the last few months, but hope to get back on it real soon. What part of the state do you live in? Hopefuly we can get a few cajuns going on this board lol.............NUB........WHOAAAAAA!!!!! after i responded to your post, i checked your profile lol. We are neighbors. I'm in Lake Charles. Have you started a tear yet, or do you plan on buying one? Give me a holler, maybe we can get together and discuss some info.......NUB....

got some final pics on the web site... we're finally pirates! ARRRRGGGG! Me and me Matey wants to go dry land sailin' somewhere in Louisiana soon! We'd like to get a group together for a small camping trip if anyone is interested!

looks like most of us are from the SouthWest Corner of La. I was wondering if anyone would be interested in getting together at Sam Houston Jones State Park in Lake Charles. They are teardrop friendly and allow teardrops on tent sites. They don't relegate you to the RV section... Which I HATE!

Congrats on your Pirate ship, looks great. Although I have not decided to build or buy at this time, would still love see you TD. I am usually free on the weekends, so if your interested in camping I am in....

I live in Port Barre, La. about 6 miles east of Opelousas on Hwy 190. We will also be at the LCG III in site 5 8)

I live in Shreveport and love the city of Lake Charles. If yoy get a tear drop campout going, let me know. Dulcimer man
