Okay... as you know , and can see HERE and HERE, I am in charge of the prize / gift giveaway.

This will be fun , at least I hope you all like it. But I need a little help.

HELP--- I could use a couple of long tables or a few card table size tables to hold the gifts. I don't know where all those tables came from last year.

HELP--- You will need to bring your gift donation (again, see the UPDATE thread) to me or my campsite before NOON on Saturday!!!! I would appreciate some people that can help with that. Just an hour at a time or so.

HELP -- When doing the 'giveaway' ... the 'game' on Saturday, there will be two time periods like from 2-4:30 and 5-7 or something like that.... I would appreciate a few people to help me out with that too .

Julie, keep in mind that from 5-7, we will be eatin'...afterwards, we will de dancin' in the dark with all the monsters....

I didn't know when dinner would be starting so if I have some help, then I'll do it from 2-5 or something like that. I'll have the definitely times posted when I get down there.

YES anyone can "play" .... who ever brings a gift , gets a token to "play" ... see the suggestions/rules on the threads about it.
It is all voluntary .... Either you and Eddie can do it as a couple, or each a gift or whatever.

If anyone gets there and forgot or changes their mind and decides to join, I'll have some last minute things to purchase.

OH James!!!! Very cool !!! I don't know how much room the things will take up , or how many 'prizes' there'll be ,... but I imagine I could use 2 or 3 ... It will CERTAINLY help! and I have no way to bring anything but a card table.
