Either time is fine, but we need to know soon so that Donna can put in for vacation time.

Ron,
I've had a lot going on so I have not had time to check on available dates.

For the other 3 Beavers Bend gatherings I called in Jan.

I am off tomorrow so I'll call and see what is available for the entire Buckeye campground.

I also hated to ask everyone for $$$ with Christmas coming up.

If everyone is ok with booking please chime in and we can get the ball rolling.

In the past those attending have paid the first night deposit and i spent a good bit of Saturday collecting funds for the final payment.

It would be sooooo much easier this year if we collected for both nights up front. Please give me your input here.

I agree.... with just about all said.

Beavers Bend is like the official start of Teardrop Season !!!!

If it is a concern, Easter Sunday is April 12 . I'm happy with either weekend I guess.

I agree about it taking all your time to collect the monies Linda... You need to RELAX and have some fun time too !!!

I would encourage everybody that can to pay up ahead of the actually date. I know that's hard on checkbooks sometimes, mine included. haha

Either weekend works for us. Hopefully our tear will be campable before then. And I agree that Linda should not have to work so hard, pay both nights up front!

I was wondering why the water balloon was getting bigger... and then it hit me.

I'll let you know what I find out tomorrow.

Hi Linda, Just let us know the date. Either weekend is ok. March is better but April will work also. We will need two campsites if possible.

We were really disappointed to miss last year. We're not going to let work get in the way this year. I hope! Either weekend works for us, I like the end of March, I think that's what it's been in the past. I've been toying with decals for everyone, but I can always change the date.
We're okay with paying both nights upfront, good idea.
