Palo Duro 2009

Postby edevans » Tue Jan 06, 2009 9:51 am

Are you up for Woody Perk's second annual gathering at Palo Duro in 2009? Last year Woody selected the week-end following Mothers Day and that seemed to work out well. This year that would be May 15-17. If you guys are for it we will be Happy to host. Hope to see you all in May. Our thanks to Woody for starting this. Ed & Ruby

That might be good for me.. Warpony, Jeff, is planning a southern Missouri campout for the weekend before this ... and I just looked at my calendar and May 1-3 might actually be better for me, just don't know for sure... and gas ... and money ... and ... ya know...
Some things are way over my head !! ...but it keeps me looking UP!

I definitely want to do it again. I hope I can get there and back this time without my car self-destructing five miles from home.

It was an expensive trip, but worth it.

I know the teardrop won't be finished, but if the shell is roadworthy and somewhat weathertight by then, Linda and I will join y'all. As far as reservations, I think I'll take my chances and hold off until March or April to see how things are progressing.
