Little Rock got lots of rain and just the usual slick spots, but people north of here, like Fayetteville, got hit really hard. The last I heard was they had 3-4 inches of ice, trees down everywhere, no power, and all of the usual stuff that happens in an ice storm. Heard from a friend who is waiting on the clear light of day to asses the damage to her house in Fayetteville.

I hope everyone is fine and staying warm.

The people just north and east of me had power problems. Also in several sections of the town had power outages. I had a few flickers but had power all thru the storm and aftermath. Thanks to all the power repair crews that responded to help out all the outages in the rural area around here.

THANKS TO ALL THE CREWS THAT CAME TO HELP !!!!

Seattle,
Had some Heavy (for the area) snow several weeks ago, now fine with little frost on the windows..

Just got back from a weekend camping trip about 75 mi north of there (Seattle) to Skagit Valley, not expecting any snow at all... Whoops... heheheh, wrong... had lots of clouds, some rain, wind and snow flutters.. but snow still on the campgrounds.. cick below.

Wow they even plow the snow off the campsites up there. Down here in MO they just turn off the water and close most of the sites.

Great picks on the float trip.

Thanks,
Most of the parks are closed and this one just had the small part that was open. Didn't expect snow, heheh... but then that's what camping is all about I guess.... Most of the other campsites do have the water turned off and we were surprised that they had them on...

Till the next ones...
