I would like to make it BUT can't commit at present 'cause about that time, the tear should be in the shop with the hatch off while I finish the galley and interior cabinets(after 3yrs of putting it off)..........

After 3 years? Darn, MJ. You should have a good idea of what you want(need) for the galley by now. :D

Hope you can make it.

Doug,
My TD may not be complete by then either.
We're not that far down the road from you. Drive on down Friday or Saturday, or both days. Heck, bring a tent and stay the weekend.

Cajun Chapter of Tear Jerkers' Backyard Gathering

I just put this on the calender. I am looking forward to seeing various TS's before I start building one. My wife is somewhat skeptical about the size and the amount of actual amount of internal space. We are looking forward to meeting everyone after lurking around the site for so long.

We live in Lafourche Parish so we are less than 2 hours away.

What can we bring?
If I knew retirement would be this much fun, I would have done it right out of high school.

We'd love to have you join us. Let me know for sure and I'll put you on the list.

Not sure just what we'll have for the Friday night meal. Maybe Crawfish, maybe Fried Fish. Depends on what we can get our hands on at the time.

It shouldn't be hard to make MJ's galley, but it has taken all that time to save money to stock it.
