Cloudcroft New Mexico July 1-4, 2010

Postby Coca Cola Teardrop » Thu Jan 07, 2010 9:43 pm

Ok everyone
The Cloudcroft gathering is official. July 1 - 4, 2010

I have reserved and paid for the Lower Fir and Upper Fir Campgrounds for Thursday July 1st through Sunday July 4th, 2010.

We have room for about 40 reservations. This is a combination of Trailers and Tents.

I have divided the cost of reserving the campgrounds and the reservation fees charged by recreation.gov by 40 reservations (tent or trailer) and this comes to $15 per reservation. This cost could change slightly if we have less than 40 reservations.

When mailing me your fee please let me know if you will be in a tent or trailer and how many people will be in your party.

I will keep the list of those attending on the first page of this thread.
Names will be put on the list as reservation fees are received.

If you have any questions please send me a pm.

Please mail your reservation fee of $15 to:

Thanks guys,

putting names on the list after payment arrives is the easiest way for me to keep up with things.

Hope everyone is staying warm this weekend.
We have burnt a seasons worth of firewood already this winter. Charles cut and split more yesterday. now i'm gonna bundle up and go stack it.

Woah check out the snowy pic towards the bottom. I knew they got snow this winter but I had no idea they got this much snow.

Boy, only 9 signed up so far. Where is everyone who voiced interest in this gathering. You all waiting for the rain to stop? Gee Linda, maybe you ott to cancel the top area and just limit it again like last year. Yep, it may cost a few more bucks each but that's alright with me.

I agree with Gage. Last year there were some people that got shut out because it was full. Don't wait until the last minute, you might not get into this fun event.

I'd say give it a little more time. If yer gonna cancel any part tho, I'd prefer to keep the Upper Fir C/G. Think it has better/nicer sites??

I'd love to come, and Gage, I know how disappointed you will be if I don't make it ;) , but until work at the main street level catches up with profits at the wall street level, a long distance gathering just won't fit within my tightened belt.

CD :(
