Photos, First gathering of the Cajun Chapter Tear Jerkers

Postby Mike_La » Sun Feb 21, 2010 2:53 pm

The First Cajun Chapter of Tear Jerkers' Gathering has come and gone.

The weather cooperated perfectly, thank God. We all had a great time. The nights were clear & cool, and the campfire was glowing. The days, especially Saturday, started out cool, but warmed up nicely. Brian managed to get a sun burn on the back of his neck. Won't that make him a Yankee/Cajun-Redneck?
A special thanks to Greg for the truck load of firewood.

Enjoying the warm weather.

Also, I'd like to thank all who furnished snacks and desserts. It was all good. :applause:

We're all looking forward to the next one.

Looks like a lot of fun, thanks for posting the pics. Looks like Greg had a little help there with his jambalaya. I know our weener dog Haas always tries to "help out" when food is being cooked!

Yes, Phil. Almost anyone can stop by, except for trouble makers. "Oh. wait, that leave me out".

If someone needs a place to stay while in the area, give me advance notice. That way, I can prepare a spot. I should have the drivway gate, with automatic opener, complete in a couple months.
