Hey Jeanne and Dennis,

I talked with the park and they are a Reservation park , one of the veryfew in okla

I told them about us and they said we can make a group reservation, they need to know an acurate count of how many there will be so they can group
us together.

they do take individual reservations , but that doesnt insure all being together.

anywayI told them I would let everyone know and we can decide.

what do you think??

Hey Phil,
Thanks for checking on this campground for us.
Did you find out anything about the racing season?

well, then, maybe we need to pick a week end

they said they can group us together when we have a total number , and then each one can pay their own site.

they just need an accurate count.

I think Fathers day is the 20th ..... Will the 25-26 weekend be a good one?
Probably should check with the park and see if there are any other big groups there that weekend.

After looking at the map ... and dusting the cobwebs out of my head ..... I remember visiting there last year and thinking that sites 28-40 in the center would make a great spot for a gathering.
12 sites together.

Phil? Jeannie? What do you think?

Phil, want to give them a call and see what dates those sites are available??

I vote for June 4th. Only because it's a lot sooner than the 25th. :R

These are the only conflicting events that I saw. Either date, 4th or 25th, will be a week away from one of the other gatherings. I'm open to both dates.
