Juneteenth Parade

I realize it is short notice, but would anyone in East Texas/Louisiana-Texas boarder area be interested in participating in a Juneteeth Parade in Longview, Texas on Saturday, June 19th, at 9:00 am. It's my hometown ...and my mom twisted my arm, so I'll be towing Todah and possiblly throwing some candy (Maybe, I can get my sister to assist with the candy throwing. )

Well the Juneteenth Parade was blast and a great day of liberation! I especially got a kick out of the expressions on people's faces when they saw Todah 1. It was, "What the heck is that! I'm intrigued!" 
I handed out some cards with the forum's web address on it. Maybe we'll have some new recruits!
Just in case you are not familiar with Juneteenth, here's a link: http://www.juneteenth.com/. People of all races were represented this weekend though.
Here are a few pics from the bit that I could see. I was in the line-up for the parade, so I got to see what passed by me as we were being put in order. There are more pics in my album. This blue car was my fab favorite.
