Hey guys, a few of my friends have reserved three sites together at a small park that has sites that are right on the water of the Guadalupe. This is a small park that is booking up fast. This post is for NEXT year, 2011; seems like the only way to get in and we are booking now because they are already almost full, but there are still sites available on the riverbank. Our reservations are made so we will be there for sure. This is Aug 5-8 that is a Thursday check in and Monday checkout. Under the name Carrie Beavers. We have sites 21-23.

No credit cards accepted, this is an independent park, call them for availability and physically mail them a deposit.
As you can see if you get a site on the water, no matter what we will all be close:
If they get booked up since there is the river right there, there is another camp ground next door, called Second Crossing Camp, that could be an option... just float back home.
