The Tornado Sirens went off over by IKEA, which is near PlanoVet's house, but five miles away where I live, it was fine. We have sunshine and rain mixed, with a rainbow. I didn't even know Frisco was under a Tornado Warning until I went out to get the mail, and my neighbor told me about it. .

That Tornado Warning has expired. We have a fantastic siren system.

The tornado on the ground was South of Dallas, in an area that none of our forum members live in, as far as I know. It is well North of Dave and Cindy. East of Woody. South of most of us. I know most of the DFW crowd, and where they live. I don't think anyone from the forum is in the area where they are saying a tornado touched down.

Thanks for your concerns.

Johnny, you are mostly looking at heavy rain, if you get what we got.

I am honestly surprised that our area got any tornado activity. It really didn't seem that bad.

It's been raining here almost all day...pretty hard at times.

No tornados (tornadoes - spelling?) on the Fort Worth side of DFW. There was a bunch of rain and flooding.

Yep, I heard the sirens at work also. Cindi spent a few minutes hunkered down in a closet but nothing touched ground in Frisco or Plano. We were luckier than Dallas.

I was wondering why the water balloon was getting bigger... and then it hit me.

I know, that was all that was on the news the past couple of days. Wednesday we had 7 tornadoes in about an hour. Before that, we had 5 tornadoes the whole year.
