We have reserved the group camp area at Loyd Park for the last weekend in September. Here is a list of those attending so far.

We can also reserve sites near the group area as they are needed. Sites 167,169,171,173,175 are $23.00 per night next to the group area. Sites that do not have a lake view are $20.00 per night. Must reserve both nights.

where is loyd park we might be in texas at that time i will be coming that way soon and would like to go camping with your group ill have a cargo trailer.

It's on Joe Pool Lake, about halfway between Dallas and Fort Worth on the south side of the DFW metropolitan area. On the east side of the lake is Cedar Hill State Park. On the west side of the lake is Loyd Park (owned and maintained by the City of Grand Prairie Texas.) Please join us.

Howdy all,
We be new to the forum and to the South Central Group. Pick up a used Little Guy a couple of months ago. Benn out a couple of time and really enjoy it. Would like to attend the September meeting at Loyd Park if there is still room and visit with the experts. Please let us know if there is still room and if we need to send money for the campsite or reserve on our own.
