If I can find ingredients for my grilled veggie-ka-bobs, I'll whip up another batch of those. They seem to be a big hit where ever I fix em

We'll be bringing about 10 pounds of some small rib-eyes and sirloin steaks to grill. We'll probably also bring a veggie or two.

Mark are you reserving brisket? Brenda wants to do some and I want to do some crock pottin! I'd like to do some if you didn't already have it planned.

We are cooking Enchilada Casserole .

I don't know how it works but somebody needs to make this a sticky.

I will make some salmon balls for dinner and put chocolate in the chocolate fountain Dave got me for Valentines. We can chocolate "ANYTHING." I will bring angel food calke, pretzels, strawberries, etc.

Linda ..... I can bring 10 pounds of washed / scrubbed potatoes ( peelings still on them ) for baking and or cooking and some foil to wrap them in =)
Also; making a Cherry Dump Cake Cobbler in the Dutch Oven =)

Linda, I'm with you on this, sorta suprised to not see a lot more folks excited to go camping

Hot Dang.....WE are MORE than ready. We are making the 'LIST' for food purchase on Monday next week. Think we will do a desert in the dutch oven and 'something' for the pot luck. Do we need a 'THEME' for the pot luck ??? (ie: Mexican, Italian, American, etc.) Will probably do some stuffed jalapenos, as well.

I will be Trout fishing (as usual) while there and can always cook some of them for those who want them (any one ?????) I just need to know so I can bring the small grill that holds them.

Get this party STARTED guys/gals...............waiting to hear from ALL of you ~
