Reservations have been made for Beavers Bend 2014

Change in dates everyone April 25th and 26th 2014

After being so cold at Beavers Bend several years. I held out on paying deposits until This past weekend was over.
I called first thing this morning and was so excited to find out the entire Buckeye campground was available.

I have 2 weeks to pay the deposit for Friday night to hold the campground.
For those of you that don't know how we do the reservations, Charles and I pay the deposit for the entire campground and then you mail your deposit to us. So, please get your deposit (or you can pay in full) to me by May 13, 2013. My personal funds are pretty limited this go round so the more deposits by May 13th the easier it will be on me.

I have only reserved 2 campsites for Thursday. If you think you will be arriving on Thursday just let me know and I can add to our reservation.
If you reserve Thursday yourself you will have a $5 reservation fee. It seems easier when we pay up for Saturday if all of our nights are taken care of together.
I have deposits for some folks and will post this information and get the list of those attending up later this evening.
I forget to mention there is a Senior Citizen discount of $2 per campsite so please let me know if I have failed to give you this discount.

Fees
Campsite $25 per night
Tent $12 per night (if someone older than 18 occupies it)
Electricity for then is $8 per night

Wow, this looks like great fun. So, from a newb, may I ask a simple question? Where is this located exactly? This serves as inspiration for our build which has just got underway. Looks like a great goal I can set for next year!

Hello Linda, I appreciate you taking care of the resverations for us all. I talked to the kids last night and they all think they can make it next year so I will need three sites total. I will get a check in the mail this weekend for $75.00. Thanks again and looking forward to next year at Beavers Bend.

Yes your deposit got used for Friday night. So you do need to send me $25 deposit for 2014 You were the first person I thought of when I was told the entire Buckeye campground was available at the end of April. Now you have no excuse to not come to BB next year.

Woody, I am glad everyone in your family is planning on coming next year. I missed them all this year.

Beavers Bend is in southeast Oklahoma near Broken Bow and north of Idabel. Come even if you have to camp in a tent. BB was our first outing.

I am finally caught up and have the attendance list at the beginning of this thread.
