The frame that surrounds the edge. It developed a crack on the bottom long side. Just about 11/2 inch, but stopped and added angle inside. I'll show ya next week. But it was from vibration and wind whipping over top of truck to the longest weakest spot. I also keep LOOKING and the white wall's   :worship: :frightened: Dave

I’m still here. I was out with a group at Oxford Ranch this weekend. We took one of the county roads to get home.

I saw your post. I’m on MeWe too. There are groups there, but nothing beats this forum to keep track of specific topics and threads.

Hi, guys! Just a Yankee checking in... I lurked here about a year before finally joining and hope to get around to a build fairly soon. I appreciate all the groundwork you 'older' members laid and I really appreciate that many of you still like to hang around here on occasion. It sure gets quiet at times.

Look forward to meeting up somewhere down the road.

I still enjoy reading about the builds, and mods on this forum. I check it almost every day. I sold my teardrop and bought a Casita, but still have a pile of steel, an axle and a few other parts that I was collecting to build with. Looking at retirement in a few months. ..... .....

Well I dumped Facebook completely. I tried different ways to make it work but to make a long story short ACCOUNT DELETED. 8) So I will be here and searching out all the old forums on the net. I found a good van forum and Class B camper van forum to go along with the best forum in the world right here not to mention playing more music and doing some recording again. you know... having a LIFE BEYOND THE SCROLL :stompspam:

Right now -Cindy and I are doing some Van camping. We have two 15 passenger vans for transportation of the family and grands. I just take out the back few seats - toss in a mini fridge, microwave, EZ up, and mattress - were good to go. I also have a new 16 ft v nose cargo that I'll convert (someday). But at least we're NOT sleeping on the ground! 8)

Heya check our main south-central page, there is a gathering in April at Lake Murray and in May at Cleburne state parks. In March Joyce is having people over at her new property to Boondock but that is way south west near Stephenville. Also Cindy and a few people are meeting at a park in Palo Pinto (not the state park) it is a boondocking also and that's in march also.

I can't wait to get my van finished but I have so many projects right now and the heater doesn't work in the van so it's not high on the list for finishing at this point
