I got back from the Spring Fling at Morton, WA on Memorial Day afternoon (yesterday). I have posted pictures of the event at http://teardrop.blogicalthoughts.com/td_9th_spring_fling.html

I had a good time. Everyone was happy that I showed up this year instead of being sidelined in Yakima with car troubles. I met a lot of new TDers, and that was great, too. Especially since at least one of them likes Linux and hates MS Windows as much as I do! :D

I'm looking forward to the ITG, as Jack Jacobson and I will be doing a Dutch oven workshop on Friday morning. I hope to see you all there.

Very nice pictures. I was glad to see you get some I missed. I was just like Alice in Wonderland and was too caught up in the event to remember to take all the pics I should have.

P.S. Linux is the Bomb

Bummer, I missed a good one it looks like. now that I know more about this fiberglass stuff I'm shooting for the 4th of July.

Cross your fingers, on second thought you better not. Wouldn't want to see you get the caught in the saw.

Thanks for the picture guys

Mike

Just want to say thanks for the welcome at Spring Fling. Shelley and I got a chance to meet many folks and look at a lot of TDs. It was worth the drive and we're anxious to get past the "finding all the parts" phase and start building.
