Teardrops n Tiny Travel Trailers

I was talking to Gran Whipp this weenend at the TOW Spring FLing & he mentioned there was a new Tearjerkers PNW Chapter. If you look on the Tearjerkers map it is also listed but that is all I can find.

Does anyone have any info on this?
