2011 Ocean Tears Campout

Hello All,
To ensure better weather, I'm thinking with all things considered having the "Ocean Tears" Campout the first weekend in August. Aug 5th thru 7th. Two nights. As soon as Ocean City State Park opens reservations for that weekend Let's start snagging those campsites.
What do you all think?
Maybe we can get the kite flying and beach cooking in this time.

Do you know when they open registration.
Our August is filling up with campouts. and we talked about cutting back this year.

Kevin, Did you check with Marty about other events in August? There is talk of moving Spring Fling from Memorial Day Weekend to August.

I will be in site 176. Not many sites left. Does anyone Know How many tears are going so far? I just got my tear and have'nt been to any gatherings yet. So i'm looking forward to meeting you all and welcome any advice or sugestions on what to bring. Are there any activities pland other than kite flying.

At least two so far.
No matter how many come it will be fun. We will have a pot luck, Scooter rental, Schedule is open to whatever Ocean Shores has to offer. Some more teardroppers will probably join in after the spring fling gathering.

Yes we had to dropout.
we had too many major items that came up around the house that need replaceing.
As of now we are still planning on attending the Summer Daze.
