Back From Mendocino Gathering

We got home around 3:00 today.
Another great time in CA. Thanks Lee and everyone who was able to make it this year!

The first set of dutch oven shots was Friday night's spur of the moment feed. The second set of was from Saturday night.

Well Lee let this Old man tell you you did one He-- of a job!! I had a great time. I had more fun on this camp out and such great folks each and every one. I'll rember this trip the rest of my life. I think I had more fun on this trip than I had on my honeymoon I think but that was 49 years ago and I can't rember My hat is off to all

We caravaned with Gordon, this was his first gathering. Here's a picture at the rest stop. If one teardrop doesn't get peoples attention, two certainly does.

His is a 5' x 10', ours is a 4' x 8'.

It has taken me all this time to find my camera. I did not get many shots, my "big" Kenskill was way off in Turkey Flats.
I believe these were Thursday night before the big crowds arrived. The RV in one of the shots made the mistake of leaving for the day on Friday and returned to find all those little things in its space. They did find a nice spot just over the hill.

I got home Monday night and had a great time. Thank you Lee for putting this event on. And thank you to those who stayed the extra night.
