8) Well I can't wait till the gathering in July so I made my travel plans already, leaving Phoenix on the 21st of July and staying at Malibu RV park driving up to Monana de Oro state Park in Los Osos on the 22nd and 23rd and then to New Brighton State Park on the 24th 25th and 26th Its just south of Santa Cruz then on to Pamplin Grove on the 27th. Should be fun.

Registration is moving along nicely and the website is coming together as well.
The Roster page has been made private to protect registrants who use their real name. (Non T&TTT members that don't have a username)
Once registered, the username and password is emailed to all registrants.
Folks registering through Paypal... Please let me know how many people are in your party if there is a question mark shown after your name on the Roster page.
(To email me, go to the Contact page and click on the underlined link)
Thanks.

Dean, here is a Google Earth Pic of Van Duzen including Pamplin Grove. If you let me know which part is Pamplin Grove I will enhance it so you can post it.

Eddie,
T-Shirts will be presale only, but the other souvenirs will be sold at the gathering. Depending on how the presale ordering goes... there may be a little, there may be a lot. I doubt I'll nee to order any more mugs, but you never know...
I'm pretty sure I'll need to place another hat order at some point soon.

Sounds fine to me also...

Dean... I wanted to register today but don't have a PayPal account. Is my only other option a check in the snail-mail? If so I'll put it out Monday...

What is the current of paid registrants? Just Curious...

IRG

Postby The Teardrop Nanny » Sun Mar 12, 2006 4:09 pm

8)

We are looking forward to meeting some of our T&TTT friends from this board, as well as from others. If you are attending, and are registered for the event, please consider putting yourself on the part of the site Nanny's Niche so others who may not be registered but are thinking about it could correspond with you. We are happy to help link people up with you provided we have their permission. We know some people don't need or have much time for any more email pals, or strive to limit the ways that their email address could become compromised. You can send a PM to Dean in Eureka on this site or myself, The Teardrop Nanny, if you'd like more info. And of course, be sure to check out the more public portion of IRG site for Pampling Grove. The outpouring of support so far for this event has been incredible! Thanks so much..... :applause: :applause:

emiller...been there...can't say that I've "done that," as we were in the campground nearby...but what a great place to be....and with all the weather we've had, the river will be a great time....It is a really serene place to be, and we are going to have it allllll... to ourselves....some killer DO cooking and other activities will make it a fun time....I know I'm building diligently to debut the new tear there....looking forward to meeting you ... Doug

Space at the IRG

Postby The Teardrop Nanny » Thu Apr 06, 2006 1:05 pm

8)

There should be plenty of TD space as we have the whole grove to ourselves. Late winter I did a walk thru and gave the campsite Letter Names so we'd be able to direct people who might be sharing a site or who want to go find and visit someone at another campsite. The sites will be first come, first served and the event goes on RAIN or Shine. Some of the upper sites will easily accomodate 3-5+ trailers with plenty of space left over and the lower sites have lots of room. I have earmarked one site near the top for people who might not be able to do the walk up the side hill stairs. It will be close to the cookshack and bathrooms as well as roadway so it would work well for seniors or those who might use a wheelchair. This is the only campsite I've put aside and upon arrival you can select your spot after doing a walk around. We hope to get more requests/ information from some of the previous Redwood Gathering attendees that would be willing to share spaces or Cooperatively Camp.
