I am helpin Steve so I can build in a small place for a stow away, I'll try and bring extra prizes so knowone notices me. and when he stops at the gas station to use the restroom, I'll fill the tank with my gas card. He'll never suspect a thing. He'll just think he for got he did it and the attendent will tell him he did with that big tip in his back paket.

Then while Doug is talken with the guys about the last time he went coon hunting I'll grab a hot waffel, and leave little coon tracks leading away from his trailer. I'll do just about anything for a waffel I'll leave a small bottle of pinesol in exchange.

then I'll fill Deans trailer with the extra prizes and take a scoup out of his DO
wait I just woke up what a dream I just realized I will not be there. I will have to wait another 2 years for this that will be 6 years waiting..... I will be with you all in sperit

Looks to me that the challenge is of the three of us, are we going to be there with what is in work, finished or not.

Gage, Make that 4. I'm scrambling trying to get mine done and road worthy as well. I'm already trying to figure out where I can cut corners just to get it highway ready. Hmmm. do I REALLY need the doors, or can I just strap the mattress down really well?

Ask the DMV they say yes or no .... so doors of any kind might be good.
I just had a floor on mine with tail lights Reg. as a utility trialer ...
however the cabin can be removed from trailer. But on my first camp out a had parcieal doors, I am still designing new ones.
I am pushing Steve get some help so you will not be sleeping when you are suppose to be driving.

Good point! I don't want to push myself so hard to finish my trailer that it ends up smeared across Highway 5 because I fell asleep at the wheel!

I'll tell you that the IRG is already getting expensive and I haven't paid for a drop of gas yet!

My Trooper is getting ready to turn over 100k so I decided to get a manual (2,300 pages in a 20mb PDF file) and do some maintenance before heading up towards the redwoods.

Today I put new oil in the front & rear diffs. Dropped the auto trans pan and replaced the filter. Changed the engine oil & filter. Cleaned the K&N air filter & the battery terminals.

Tomorrow is the new transmission cooler, fluid change in the transfer case, & change the serpentine belt. Hopefully I'll have time to repack the front bearings too.

I now know why mechanics charge so much. I would HATE to do this for a living. I'm only doing it because I can't afford to pay someone to do it right now. Ughhhh.

After she had finished working on her truck she will have plenty of time to work on the idsc.

The clever guy who did the design was Dean, and I put in my $0.02 to get it to the final draft finish line in time. It turned out great, didn't it? And the teardrop is a "woody" for those of you who did not make the connection yet...Redwoods 1.0, People's Choice Winner, The Road Titan by DougKraft™. And couldn't have left out the reference to cast iron either as this is a group that packs some serious iron, CI, and has a 12 step program for potluck addictions. The shirts should be all printed up by next week (4th Holiday weekend coming up) and Dean went with white background to show off the design and because they cost less than a colored one. I tried for green....Donna!

Ooooh... So Donna was the one that wanted green shirts.
It wasn't the money, green wouldn't have added a significant cost to the job....
Nope... I turned it over to the printers and gave them full license as to what to do with the design.
First thing outta their mouth was to go with white for shirts.
I'm excited to see what gets manipulated to improve the design as there were things I wanted to do, but my funky little drawing program wouldn't let me do it...
