We will be finishing up the trim and fenders (and a million other tiny details!) this weekend. If all goes well, :worship: we'll be there Thursday evening...if not, we'll head up Friday am. Looking forward to it!

Which KOA you staying. we are not sure if we will stay at Old Sac or Brannan Island (new Last year) a little more expensive but nicer looking and closer to family. Have not stayed at either one. Only the ones in AZ northern route.
I see there is one near Stocton too.
Clean restrooms and sometimes good food.
the one in Holbrook AZ we stayed at twice Dinner and Breakfast cheep and good. Hope we find more like them on this trip.

It's looking like I'll be getting there Thursday morning...
Safety meeting at the shutdown that afternoon, then work the shutdown Fri, Sat and Sunday only then back to the coast... But I won't know for sure until tomorrow night. (Weds... Leaves little time for planning and packing)
Looks like no time for cooking... Just hope I get off work in time to make the raffle.
Then again, I might not work the shutdown at all...
If that's the case, I won't be there until late Friday night. :?

Guy and somebody else are already there! I'm heading up late morning with the first load ...

Y'All bring some wet-weather gear ... s'posed to rain Friday night, then break off by morning and be partly cloudy with the chance of a sprinkle or two the rest of the weekend. That, from the paid weather experts ... :? ...

Whatever the weather, it'll still be a Dam Good Time! See Ya there!

CHEERS!

The local Redding TV station (KRCR) is saying the rain will come in Friday afternoon and possibly stick around into Sunday morning. They are expecting between 1/4 to 1 inch. Of course, they'll update/revise that forecast as the storm gets nearer.

We need the rain but let's hope it rains during the night, when everybody is sleeping, and quiets down during the day.

Take your tarps and your rain gear.

I'm heading over Thursday morning.
Have some business to take care of at Wheelabrator early afternoon, then back to Antlers for the day... My only real quality time this time.
The shutdown starts on Friday... I'll be heading out about 4:00am each morning and hopefully pulling into Antlers each night around sevenish.
I hope I get back early enough on Saturday to put some tickets in for raffle items.
I'll visit with folks when I can.
Joanie will be arriving either Friday night or Saturday morning.
